Fresh roasted coffee is imperative to quality espresso. Have you ever tasted an amazing espresso made from old coffee beans. Fresh roasted coffee beans are coffee beans roasted within 7-10 days. That's why we source the finest single origins and blends and have our beans roasted for us by Sally Terry who is the Head Roaster for RUSH roasting Co, a small boutique coffee roasting company in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Sally has been roasting and blending coffee for over ten years. We wanted to be assured that the coffee we were serving our customers is fresh and prepared properly.
HOJO will also be offering different origins and blends each week so you will be able to taste the difference for yourself. If you find a coffee that you particularly like then why not take HOJO home with you. All of the coffee we use in our cafe will be available in take home packs which we can grind for you. The coffee is sold in special resealable packaging with an air seal so you don't have to worry about storage.
