HOJO has now opened and we are very fortunate to obtain the people we did who were keen to start a career at HOJO.

However, we will be actively looking for experienced barista's but also people who are willing to be more than just a person standing behind a coffee machine. We are prepared to professionally train the right people and put them through regular accreditation so that you will always be improving your skills as a barista.

A good cafe can not operate smoothly without professional cafe attendants who are willing to go above the norm to provide excellent service and be able to work in a fast paced team environment.
